. >> breaking news in taipei taiwan. look at the video into the newsroom of plane nearly submerged in the water. >> the taiwan flight with 50 people clipped a bridge and flipped into a river. they were brought to nearby hospital. the news agency there says 10 people still waiting for rescue. we are waiting for word if there are any fatality any fatalities. let me show enthusiastic. look at the video just in. this is dash cam video of the transasian flight moments before going down in the river. there you see it. the flit lasted only 3 minutes and got up to 1300 feet

erie orange light and huge plume of dark smoke visible. passenger ran past me blood on his face and people were pulling the windows off trying to get out through the emergency window. >> from above you can see the massive response. flashing lights up and down the rail lane as fire craw rush in. when the smoke cleared this was all that was left. scorched mangled metal. jeep all but crushed under the metro north train. the injured had to be carried out of the front cars. passengers sitting in the back had no idea how bad this was until they saw it for themselves. >> went down ladder and walked out here saw the smoke and flames inside the car. >> officials say the woman driving the jep was trying to cross the track in valhalla at 6:30 p.m. when the gate came down leaving her in the path of the oncoming train. she died along with several passengers. the railroad confirms the commuter train left new york city grand central terminal

about 45 minutes earlier heading north. evacuated survivors went to nearby gym for shelter. trip home cut tragically short. aaron, abc news new york. >> caller reported that the suspect was armed with a gun. >> right on down the street. >> i heard m 16. >> emeryville police shoot kill woman this afternoon happened on holland street by 34th. right across the border in oakland. emeryville police say the woman had a shot today -- they had shot today had a gun on her and respond to go call about a theft at nearby business. and chased her across the city border into oakland. this happened at 12 oakland. this happened at 12:35 lunch time today. look at the scene from sky 7 hd. dozens of officers surrounding spot where the woman was shot and killed. witness say she was pointing a gun at people when she was shot in the head by police. police tell us the fatal bullet came from im

riville police officer. now hears some cell phone video taken moments after the shooting. you can see all the chaos. that developed this is just one of the video that will become part of the investigation of course along with surveillance tape from the home depot and other nearby stores. and this is the scene just few minutes later. swarm just few minutes later. swarming with police officers at this point. we spoke with a witness who was there when it happened. he told reporters quite possible the police saved his life. he was parked at this self storage facility with his friend when the woman came running right up to him. >> they approached the car she approached his car first. came right up on the car. pointed the gun at him. is what he told me. and then then he shut his window and started to have moo. rap over to my car. that's when everything exploded that's when everything exploded. >> we can't share with you at this time if the suspect fired any shots. we additionally can not share with you about how many shots the officers fired

mourning sudden loss of a well known oakland rapper. they knew him as the jacket. real name was dominic newton. he was shot and killed last night. laura anthony has more now from a recording studio in emeryville. >> this is where his manager told us the jacket preferred to spend his time long hours in the recording studio today it has become a place where those who knew him best have come to remember him. >> unbelievable. don't know. still numb don't know how to feel. >> he's long time manager of the jacket. well known bay area rapper gunned down in east oakland last night. the artist spent many hours here in the emeryville studio over the past decade. recording music that was heard all over the world. his real name was dominic newton. >> he was one of those guy that in his music he was so honest. you know he gave everybody everything. so even if you didn't need him you might even know. just most humble person.

the photo off the site the victims directed to bowl error web site. change my reputation.com. prosecutors say he charged the women up to 350 dollars to get the photo removed. pay pal records show he earned 30,000 dollars next torsion payments. bowler case believed to be the country first cyberexploitation case of its kind and more will likely follow. >> if you think that just because you are sitting behind a computer exiting what is essentially a cowardly and criminal act, you you will not be shielded from the loss or jail. >> when kevin is sentenced he faces up to 23 years in prison. state also recommend he pay restitution to his advise. in downtown los angeles, abc 7 news. >> people displaced by the fire in the mission district just received more bad news sorry to say. structural engineer today said there is significant
